What Will You Do?
As a CRO Specialist, you’ll monitor website performance, interpret analytics and feedback, and craft optimization strategies that improve conversion and user journeys. You’ll design and launch A/B experiments, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns; manage implementation, tracking, and result reporting; conduct deep quantitative and qualitative CRO research to pinpoint user pain points; monitor conversion funnels and propose solutions; and collaborate fluidly with UX/UI designers, product, and content teams. You’ll deliver data-driven UX enhancements and stay ahead of industry trends to continuously elevate the digital experience.
