What Will You Do?
As a Senior User Journey Analyst at Miele X, you will optimize user experience and conversion across Miele’s digital platforms through qualitative and quantitative insights. You will partner with the D2C business performance team to develop impactful testing strategies, overseeing the entire A/B testing process from hypothesis to execution and analysis. Additionally, you will contribute to building a robust experimentation foundation while advancing tools like Hotjar and Survey Analysis to improve digital performance.
