What Will You Do?
As a Digital Optimisation Manager at Mable, you will lead the CRO and website personalisation program across Mable and HomeMade. You will develop and prioritise experimentation roadmaps to improve customer conversion rates and digital journeys. Additionally, you will partner with marketing, product, engineering and website teams to execute A/B tests while championing a culture of data-driven decision making.
