What Will You Do?
As the CRO Lead, you’ll own end-to-end customer journey optimization—from attracting visitors to driving quotes and purchases. You’ll use GA4, PostHog/Mixpanel/Amplitude, and CDPs to identify high-impact segments and conversion bottlenecks. You’ll lead A/B testing across landing pages, forms, and checkout, collaborating with agencies and product teams to scale experimentation. You’ll also design and launch marketing automation campaigns via email and SMS platforms like Customer.io or Klaviyo, create nurturing workflows, and execute promotional initiatives to drive engagement and conversions.
