What Will You Do?
As a Customer Success Manager at LaunchDarkly, you will guide new clients from sales handoff to full activation, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing adoption. You will identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and advise customers on best practices to achieve their goals. You will also build executive relationships, advocate for customer needs, and drive renewals and expansion opportunities, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who enables long-term growth.
