What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist at KU, you will plan execute and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages product pages checkout flows and key customer touchpoints using Shopify. You will identify conversion opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data analysis with tools such as Google Analytics GA4 and Hotjar. Additionally, you will develop hypotheses and testing roadmaps and collaborate with designers developers and marketers to implement variations and measure performance gains.
