What will you do?
As a conversion specialist at Kramp, you will dive into the customer journey of all international customers. Your job is to make Kramp’s digital channels as user-friendly as possible, by combining data points with customer insights and translating these into the best possible experiments. You will have a key role in the product teams that have a dedicated focus on continuously improving the digital experience of the customer journey.
