What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at Jooble, you will lead the full cycle of user activation optimization, from data analysis and hypothesis formulation to running experiments and scaling wins. You will conduct A/B tests and practical experiments to boost registration and activation rates across touchpoints like lead forms, landing pages, quizzes, lead magnets, and bots. Additionally, you will collaborate with paid traffic, product, analytics, design, and creative teams to craft tailored tactics, perform competitive research, analyze user funnels, and deliver measurable business results.
