What will you do?
As a Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist you will be responsible for optimising the experience and driving conversion uplift on Jet2’s websites across multiple platforms, instilling a real ‘test and learn’ ethos within the business. You will also work closely with the UX Manager to create a CRO strategy and roadmap for both Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays, identifying and analysing on-site behaviour and user research to drive out testing strategies.
