What Will You Do?
As a Customer Journey Expert – Conversion Manager for Digital Private Individual Onboarding at ING, you will analyze end-to-end onboarding funnels and identify friction points in complex digital flows. You will build dashboards and KPIs to monitor conversion performance by use case. Additionally, you will develop action plans with quantified impacts, prioritize initiatives, and steer stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance for improvements.
