What Will You Do?
As a Channel Optimisation and Conversion Lead at ING, you will supercharge digital sales funnels across priority retail products to lift conversions rapidly. You will lead A/B and multivariate experiments to enhance UX, content, and pathways continuously. Additionally, you will turn funnel performance data into actionable insights and prioritized optimisation roadmaps.
