What Will You Do?
As a Senior CRO Analyst at Independence Pet Group, you will own and drive optimization initiatives to enhance user experiences and maximize conversions across digital properties. You will develop, prioritize, and execute end-to-end A/B and multivariate testing processes, delivering actionable recommendations that evolve testing roadmaps. Additionally, you will map customer journeys with data to identify friction points, synthesize insights into compelling narratives, and present data-driven strategies to stakeholders for impactful experimentation.
