What Will You Do?
As a CRO Manager at Home Solutions, you will lead comprehensive site performance analysis, identifying and implementing optimization opportunities. You will oversee the execution and reporting of A/B and multivariate tests, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to define UX improvements for web enhancements. Additionally, you will mentor your team and engage cross-departmentally to ensure on-page brand optimization aligns with broader business goals.
