Hims & Hers is a multi-specialty telehealth platform building a virtual front door to the healthcare system. The Product & Experimentation team helps shape the Customer App and Web experience. Through A/B testing, digital analytics and experimental design, the team enables Hims and Hers to build the best possible customer experiences.
What will you do?
As a Senior Data Analyst at Hims & Hers, you will build business facing dashboards and do in-depth analyses that state both the statistical significance and the business impact of an experiment. You will enable data self service by designing templates that are easy to understand and use relevant KPIs. Additionally, you will work with your team to define and curate the experimentation roadmap for the app and web teams.
