We”re looking for a Senior Optimisation Manager to join the dynamic Haven Digital team. Working for one of the UK’s best-loved holiday brands, you will be responsible for running the experimentation programme within the Digital Product Sales tribe. You will help to steer the product roadmap with a data-led approach to deliver the best possible digital experience for our users and the best outcome for our business goals.
With an ambitious roadmap to support an equally ambitions growth plan, you will be right at the heart of delighting our customers. You can be based anywhere in the UK for this role, as long as you’re happy to travel occasionally to meet up with your team and stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
Champion the test & learn culture within the Digital Product team to help instil a data led approach
Use relevant analytical and customer research methods to prioritise experiments and to influence the Product roadmap to ensure we’re focussed on the changes that matter
Manage the stream of experiments, support with the experiment set-up and build, and provide in-depth analysis and recommendations
Develop our testing framework to simplify the way in which we run experiments, to enable us to test everything and to enhance our overall capability
What we’d like you to bring:
- Experience of running controlled experiments in a large organisation
- Managing AB/Personalisation testing
- Web behavioural / Statistical analysis
- Experience using Google Analytics / Optimize
- Technical knowledge on AB test tool implementation and management
