What will you do?

As an AB Test and CRO Specialist at H&M, you will set up the right test approach for the hypothesis from the Strategy & Planning and commercial teams, following up and presenting findings and recommendations of the tests on a short- and long-term basis. You will also build and drive the test and learn agenda in the region, utilizing existing media toolbox (MMM, Attribution Models) and upskilling regional teams on the importance of testing, and how to interpret test results.
