What Will You Do?
As a Senior Data Scientist, Growth at Grammarly, you will partner with product, engineering, growth, and marketing teams to design and analyze product experiments using causal inference and machine learning. You will build metrics and mine large datasets to reveal user behavior patterns, enabling personalized marketing touchpoints across email, in-product, and push channels. Additionally, you will guide stakeholder roadmaps with evidence-based insights, optimize user lifecycle experiences through A/B testing, and collaborate on statistical methodologies to drive retention and feature adoption.
