What Will You Do?
As an Optimisation Specialist at Frasers Group, you will develop, implement, and oversee data-driven, customer-centric visual merchandising strategies across brands. You will manage onsite search configurations, enhance personalisation via tools, and create forward-thinking features to boost performance and align with group aspirations. Additionally, you will promote a culture of experimentation by analyzing A/B test results, interpreting outcomes, and building playbooks of best practices to scale optimisation efforts.
