What will you do?

As the Head of Testing and Experimentation at Flixmedia, you will lead a dedicated team, develop and implement experiments, analyse results, and provide insights. Moreover, you will provide coaching, training and support to all teams to ensure that they are following best practice and that they are continually improving their experimentation processes. In addition, you will promote an experimentation culture and identify ways to support the adoption of experimentation across the organisation through a company-wide experimentation program.
