What Will You Do?
As a Senior CRO & Growth Consultant, you will lead data-driven optimization projects focused on improving digital product performance, particularly in the banking sector. Your role will involve analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify inefficiencies, proposing A/B tests and experiments, and ensuring successful implementation. Collaborating with designers, developers, and clients, you will oversee testing roadmaps and communicate results effectively. Your expertise will drive actionable recommendations, leveraging tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Adobe Target, to improve user experiences and conversion rates across digital platforms.
