What Will You Do?
As an eCommerce Manager, Growth & Optimization at Fender, you will lead analysis of site performance, conversion funnels, and customer behavior while delivering actionable recommendations that improve the digital experience. You will own Fender.com’s A/B and multivariate testing program, from ideation through execution and post-test analysis, to improve conversion, AOV, and overall site revenue. Additionally, you will partner with Product, UX, and Merchandising to shape roadmap priorities based on analytics and experimentation results while influencing senior leadership decisions with quantified business cases.
