What Will You Do?
As a Team Lead, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) at FareHarbor, you will manage and mentor a team of CRO specialists, project coordinators, and copy specialists, guiding them to achieve departmental goals and objectives. You will oversee the development and implementation of data-driven CRO strategies, utilizing tools like GA4, Crazy Egg, Mixpanel, and MS Clarity to identify UX/UI inefficiencies and drive website performance improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Performance Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure the successful execution of CRO initiatives and the continuous growth of the CRO team.
