What will you do?
As a CRO Specialist at ESW, you will develop and implement A/B testing activities to improve customer experience through optimization initiatives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams within ESW including Product teams, UX and the Client Account Managers to the develop experimentation roadmap. Moreover, you will recommend and align on opportunities with A/B testing partners to continually optimize the run management of the testing program.
