What Will You Do?
As a Sr Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist at EssilorLuxottica Group, you will design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to boost conversion rates and user engagement. You will monitor website KPIs using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session replays for actionable insights. Additionally, you will build a CRO roadmap, collaborate with marketing, SEO, product, and IT teams, and manage third-party vendors to deliver continuous improvements.
