As a Practice Optimization Partner II at Ensemble Health Partners, you will assess client revenue cycle processes from front-end registration through charge reconciliation. You will conduct root cause analyses and deliver actionable recommendations with executive presence. Additionally, you will create educational content, train practice staff, and collaborate with teams to resolve acute issues like referrals and authorizations.
