What Will You Do?
As a CRO Manager at Emma, you will lead experimentation and optimization initiatives across e-commerce sites, adapting to desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. You will own the end-to-end A/B testing program, generating hypotheses, designing tests, implementing executions, analyzing outcomes, and quantifying business impacts. Additionally, you will partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to uncover opportunities, craft testable hypotheses, and implement rigorous methodologies with scalable documentation for various markets.
