What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Optimization Specialist (CRO) at DealMaker, you will design and execute A/B tests across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email campaigns to drive significant improvements in conversion rates. You will analyze user behavior and funnel performance, using tools to identify friction points and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical teammates and clients. Additionally, you will partner with content, design, and paid media teams to ideate, launch, and refine experiments, ensuring CRO learnings enhance every stage of the investor journey and support clients in raising millions.
