What Will You Do?
As an Associate Data Scientist at Culture Amp, you will work with engineers and data scientists to develop, test and deploy AI powered features. You will solve real world challenges with an ethical and human centric approach through robust data pipelines and LLM enrichment processes. Additionally, you will leverage experimentation, metrics definition and model validation to prove value for customers while staying current with research for pragmatic application.
