What will you do?
The CRO specialist will lead the A/B testing efforts within Scribbr. In Amplitude you will create dashboards to get a good overview of the conversion of all funnels. Together with the marketing team and product teams you come up with new ideas for A/B testing and create and monitor the A/B tests.
You monitor all conversion rates and funnels, create a CRO testing roadmap and you continuously improve our pages to increase the conversion rates and quality. You own the testing infrastructure (currently Google Optimize and Amplitude), and lead the experimentation efforts. You design your own experiments within Figma or other designs tooling and gather qualitative insights from customer interviews, user testing or other techniques.
In case of successful tests, you support the team in implementing the changes on the website and inspire, train & support other colleagues regarding CRO. You are data driven, strong in analytics and work independently.
