your typical day includes
You will start your day either from home or from our head office in Diemen.
As CRO specialist at Randstad Global you will have a global role in supporting the countries by generating validated insights through web experiments. As lead of the global web experimentation service you are in regular contact with the local and global teams and work closely together with the digital analysts, UX designers and developers to identify key areas for improvement and hypotheses for testing. You develop a roadmap and backlog with the different countries and plan the different experiments accordingly. You will be in close contact with the various vendors that support the service to continuously improve the process.
As we believe that together we will learn more and faster, we document the results of all experiments in one global knowledge base. You will manage and improve this knowledge base and work towards creating a global community on web experimentation by actively communicating the insights and learnings within the company.
key activities
You are responsible for the whole process of running web experiments for Randstad opco’s and global teams, from the initial briefing until the final recommendations. You align with global teams on their development roadmap to understand their needs for validating new features or components. Together with the customer success managers and the local team you follow a data-driven approach to understand the areas of improvement, define hypotheses and run experiments to validate these.
You will work towards creating a global community around web experimentation. You do this by actively sharing test results and insights, sharing knowledge through blog posts and hosting inspiration sessions.
You will be part of an enthusiastic and professional team that works closely together on the digital transformation of our company.
your competencies
- 3+ years of relevant experience with developing and running web experiments (a/b tests) using any of the major platforms (like Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO)
- strong analytical skills, experience with analyzing a/b test results (preferably using Google Analytics)
- strong in translating data and analyses into hypotheses for testing
- ability to translate test results into clear recommendations to your stakeholders
- genuine interest in digital marketing and a good understanding of the marketing context
- excellent communication skills to educate, inform, influence and mediate across a number of stakeholders in an organization
- Completed a course of Growth Hacking
- ambitious and eager to grow in the field of Web Experimentation
- a commitment to keeping your skills and knowledge up to date
- fluent in spoken & written English and Dutch, other European languages are nice-to-have
