As a CRO Developer at CRG, you will design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates. You will convert UI/UX designs into responsive interfaces while ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal developers and external platform providers to implement and support innovative coding practices, enhancing overall site performance and scalability.
