Role specific skills
For you to be successful as a Conversion Lead, you need a couple of hard skills. Prove to us that you’ve got what it takes is by testing your skills.
It takes roughly 30 minutes and focuses on 3 areas:
- Problem solving
- Working with data
- UX/UI design
Skills we’re looking for:
- People and process management, keeping the team motivated and focused on the objective
- Advanced knowledge of CRO and A/B testing and app stores
- Understanding of acquisition marketing and user onboarding/activation
- Good working knowledge of usability testing and data tools such as Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush
- Basic coding understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
