What you’ll be doing
- Find relevant jobs to add to the job board
- Keep the job board fresh and up-to-date
- Manage inbound requests from companies
- Create social media posts and grow channels
- Engage with our community by replying to comments
- Automate the delivery of social media posts
- Report on results and identify improvements
Your profile
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualities:
- Can execute high-quality content quickly with minimal guidance and supervision (of course we will set you up for success and first explain exactly what to do)
- Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
- Undaunted to learn new things as needed, e.g. new skills or software tools
- Motivated by and comfortable with an entrepreneurial environment
- Excited to build a new and engaged following for Experimentation Jobs
Ideally you already have some experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress), Social Media platforms (Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram), Social Media automation tools (Buffer) and content creation tools (VistaCreate, Canva).
Experience

Compensation & benefits
We’d like you to join as soon as possible. We’ll expect you to work similar hours each week, for a total of ~4 hours per week. The compensation will vary depending on your experience and availability, but you can expect to earn between €11 and €18 per hour. We’re all remote, so you can work wherever you want! Where there is a good fit we can also help find or provide internship positions.
