What will you do?
As a CRO Specialist at Compassion International, you will develop and execute A/B and multivariate (MVT) plans that drive incremental improvements to performance and digital experience. Moreover, you will own the end-to-end conversion rate optimization process (conduct research, generate insights, prioritize hypotheses, experiment, analyze).
