What Will You Do?
As a Principal Engineer – Causal Inference and Experimentation Lead – Hawthorn East at Coles Group, you will define frameworks, standards, and roadmaps for measurement capabilities to unify experiment design and interpretation. You will research and champion advanced methodologies like Bayesian inference, causal modeling, and uplift modeling for adoption across domains. Additionally, you will lead engineering squads, mentor analysts, and partner with business teams to deliver rigorous, scalable experimentation platforms.
