What will you do?

As the Head of Digital Analytics and CRO at Cinch, you will lead the Digital Analytics & CRO team, ensuring they’re delivering value across the business by checking that they are planning, prioritising & delivering regular work and insights within fortnightly sprints. You will oversee creation of a roadmap for all cinch experimentation projects based on developing a thorough understanding of cinch’s Product squads’ testing requirements. Moreover, you will provide leadership & structure to cinch’s experimentation strategy by contributing data-informed hypotheses, defining success criteria through KPIs, and advising stakeholders on timescales & statistical methodology.
