What Will You Do?
As a Senior Manager, Conversion & Funnel Optimization at Chartwell, you will own funnel performance strategy by identifying conversion opportunities across the marketing-to-sales funnel. You will lead a disciplined test-and-learn program to improve prospect progression and journey relevance through hypothesis-driven experimentation. Additionally, you will manage analytics and content optimization resources while building repeatable processes that turn data into measurable business actions.
