What Will You Do?
As an e-Commerce CRO Senior Specialist at Canon, you will lead A/B and multivariate testing across Canon’s digital channels to maximize user engagement and revenue. You will manage agency partnerships for testing initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders to refine customer journeys, and champion digital experimentation tools like Optimizely and ContentSquare. Additionally, you will develop personalized experiences, advocate for a culture of experimentation, and ensure the implementation of new functionalities post-testing.
