What will you do?

As a Digital Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at C&A, you will consult squads to determine the best approach to continuously improve the user experience for the C&A web shop and app. Conducting A/B tests and personalization campaigns based on hypothesis, including different types of insights (qualitative and quantitative sources) and customer segments, with the overall goal of improving user experience, including conversion rate, and retention. Moreover, you will exchange closely with the User Research & Experimentation team and the squads to coordinate the experimentation pipeline.
