What Will You Do?
As a Growth & CRO Strategist at Buck Mason, you will manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Affiliate channels. You will own the CRO roadmap for buckmason.com, planning A/B tests, analyzing lifts, and partnering with teams to ship impactful changes. Additionally, you will oversee the digital product roadmap, writing briefs, prioritizing features, and ensuring smooth launches with engineering.
