What Will You Do?
As a Teamlead Experimentation & Customer Insights at Bonprix, you will lead holistic team development and deploy specialists across key projects and themes. You will oversee planning, execution, analysis of experiments, user feedback sessions, and infrastructure operations while deriving actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will establish methodological standards, promote an experimentation culture, and foster cross-team collaborations to evolve the UX research setup.
