Long term, they want to quantify the impact of marketing investments on customer awareness, brand perception, behavior, and sales. As of 2020, the store serves 11 million active customers in the Netherlands and Belgium and offers over 23 million items.
What will you do?
In this role, you will drive cross-organizational projects that benefit advertisers and customers alike, create a strong data foundation, identify evolving departmental data needs, and develop and execute plans. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, inside and outside the department (and across bol.com), and ensure the right measurements can be performed. Both for ‘immediate consumption’ and future use.
