What Will You Do?
As a CRO Analytics at Bidcom, you will analyze user behavior using GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, or Clarity across the funnel from home to checkout. You will detect drop-offs, UX frictions, and opportunities while segmenting insights by channel and device. You will design experimentation roadmaps, execute A/B and multivariate tests, and prioritize initiatives with ICE or PIE frameworks. Additionally, you will create KPI dashboards, validate results statistically, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement and scale winning optimizations.
