What Will You Do?
As a Senior-Spezialist für Conversion-Rate-Optimierung (CRO) at Bernstein Polska, you will lead A/B and multivariate tests to optimize purchase paths. You will analyze user data like abandoned carts, conversion rates, and bounce rates for improvements. Additionally, you will design landing pages, forms, CTAs, and prototypes in collaboration with marketing and IT teams.
