What Will You Do?
As Conversion Optimisation Manager at Bechtle, you will design and launch strategies to boost customer value and improve conversion rates on bechtle.com. You will lead data-driven A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate solutions. You will also develop and refine personalization and recommendation strategies—including testing content, placements, and templates. You’ll collaborate within a cross-functional team emphasizing web analytics and customer experience, and you’ll contribute fresh ideas that deliver tangible impact.
