What Will You Do?
As a Digital Personalization Specialist at Avantor, you will develop and implement personalized experience strategies across digital channels to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will refine audience segmentation frameworks using behavioral, demographic, and lifecycle data while collaborating with analytics teams to define targeting rules for dynamic content. Additionally, you will lead A/B and multivariate experiments with Adobe Target, analyzing results to optimize web and mobile journeys and deliver measurable improvements in conversion rates.
