What Will You Do?
As a CRO Expert at Atera, you will own the full conversion funnel across acquisition, signup, activation, and expansion by continuously identifying friction points and driving improvements to trial starts and conversion rates. You will lead the end-to-end experimentation lifecycle from ideation to analysis and reporting, while partnering with Product, RevOps, Design, and Growth teams to implement initiatives. Additionally, you will own GA4 event tracking, GTM environments, BigQuery exports, and landing page optimization grounded in behavioral insights and data storytelling.
