What Will You Do?
As a Conversation Rate Optimization (CRO) & Growth Specialist at American Financing, you will run continuous audits using GA4 and tools like Hotjar to diagnose conversion leaks across web funnels. You will formulate A/B and multivariate testing hypotheses and design high-fidelity wireframes in Figma to guide engineering teams. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with software engineers to hand off dev-ready assets and ensure visual QA while partnering on AI search strategies.
