What Will You Do?
As a Digital Analytics & CRO Specialist at Alpinestars, you will implement and maintain analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager, while building dashboards to track KPIs, user behavior, and campaign performance. You will analyze user journeys, traffic sources, and funnel metrics to pinpoint conversion bottlenecks and recommend strategies that optimize the customer experience. Additionally, you will own the CRO strategy by planning and executing A/B tests, conducting UX audits with tools like Hotjar, and collaborating with marketing, merchandising, and development teams to translate insights into actionable optimizations that boost conversions.
