What Will You Do?
As a CRO Manager – E-Commerce (m/w/d) in Vollzeit at Globalist, you will analyze conversion funnels, user behavior, and shop performance with GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to derive hypotheses. You will design A/B tests and personalization efforts, prioritize by uplift potential, and guide processes to statistical validity. Additionally, you will manage stakeholders by presenting results, crafting Figma prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally to boost eCommerce outcomes.
